How it Works
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
1. Start new request
Patient notifies your clinical staff that they would like to use DiaspoCare to pay for the medical services they received from you. Clinical staff locates patient in the beneficiary list on the DiaspoCare app to begin a new payment request.
2. Submit request
Clinical staff enters the service details and submits the request to the beneficiary’s sponsor.
3. Sponsor approves request
Once sponsor approves request, a one time pin (OTP) is sent to beneficiary. Clinical staff enters OTP into system.
4. Get paid
Upon validation of the OTP, clinic receives payment for services within one business day!
